Before the course starts
Cancel in writing up to 7 days before the cohort start date for a full refund, less any payment-provider fee we cannot recover.
During week 1
Attend week 1, and if you decide the course is not for you, tell us in writing before week 2 begins and we refund the fee in full. [confirm policy]
After week 1
Fees are not refundable, because mentor time and practice-system seats are committed to you. If you cannot continue for a genuine reason (illness, bereavement, job loss) tell us: we will extend your access or move you to a later cohort at no charge.
How refunds are paid
To the original payment method within 14 days of our confirmation.
