The agreement
These terms apply when you reserve a seat on or enrol in a course run by UpSkill Gulf ([legal entity name]). By enrolling you accept them.
What you get
Access to the course materials, the practice system, the live mentor sessions and their recordings, marking of your projects and a readiness report, for the access period stated on the course page. Live sessions run at the published times; we may reschedule a session with notice and will always provide a recording and catch-up task.
Fees and payment
Fees are shown on the course page in [currency]. Instalment plans, where offered, must be completed before the readiness report is issued. Exam fees charged by SAP are not included.

Your conduct
One account per learner; do not share logins or course materials; treat mentors and other learners with respect; do not use the practice system for any purpose other than your coursework; do not post real personal data from your workplace into the practice system.
Intellectual property
Course materials are owned by UpSkill Gulf or licensed to it and are for your personal study only. SAP and SuccessFactors are trademarks of SAP SE; we are an independent training provider and are not affiliated with or endorsed by SAP SE.
No guarantee of certification or employment
We prepare you for the SAP certification exam and assess your readiness honestly. Passing the exam, and any job outcome, depends on you and on third parties and is not guaranteed.
Liability
We are not liable for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms, or for loss of profit or business. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of [England and Wales / UAE] and its courts.
